CONCIERGE CART FAQ

Concierge Carts are a complimentary feature of your 247DM.com account. A member of our team of merchandising experts can build an online cart for you based on your inventory, planning and program needs. Think of your Concierge Cart as a holding zone to build the perfect order, all with the help of a dedicated sales professional.

Yes, you can delete items you do not want to see or consider from your Concierge Cart just like you would in your regular cart. If you'd like to talk through a suggested product or add more options, just contact your Concierge!

Register for an Account

No, your regular cart is separate from your Concierge Cart. Think of the Concierge Cart as your holding zone to build the perfect order. Once it's ready, you can select all your items and move them into your regular cart for checkout. You should not check out directly from your Concierge Cart.

Displays are not automatically included with your purchase, as many of our items have more then one display option to choose from.
 
If the item you're ordering qualifies for a free display, there will be a blue "See Merchandising Aids" link when adding the item to your cart. Don't forget to add the product to your cart before trying to add its display.
 
You will also have the option to add displays when reviewing your cart before checkout. Please go to the View Cart page as this feature is not available in the pop-up cart on the side of your screen. Any item that qualifies for a free display will have a blue "Free display is available" button. Click to select the display you want to receive and proceed to checkout.
